Users must be atleast 12 years old to use this tech consultancy service. If the user is under 18, they must use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Experts have the right to end a call if users violate our community guidelines which includes abusing, hate speech, disrespectful statements. Users are requested to maintain respectful tone to our experts.
Users have the right to ask follow up questions, state their problems, clarifying any doubts of them.
While experts make their best to help users, any output is not guarenteed and the solution may be more complex and different than the stated facts by our experts.
Users can ask for a free session request and experts have right to accept or cancel to the request as they feel right.
Users have the right to ask refund with a reason for an attended session but that refund period stay 24 hours from session's start time. Any afterward refund request will be disregarded.
Experts will share their expertise to users and to the best experience they may record the session to analyse their consultancy.
